OUR POLICY

Reservations	Reservations are recommended but not required. To confirm a reservation we require a deposit in the amount of $50. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy	Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at the full rental fee for One day.
Damage Deposit	Damage deposit and the rental fee must be paid in full before departure. The damage deposit will be refunded to the renter in full if: the vessel is returned ON TIME, in the same condition as it was picked up, with absolutely NO damage.
Refunds	There will be NO refunds for bad weather or any other reasons, except in the event of a mechanical problem that was not caused by the renter or any other person operating the vessel.
Discounts	There is a 10% discount for advance reservation Monday through Friday. Other discounts may apply at the discretion of management.
Other Information	All vessels are full with fuel upon pick up or delivery and must be returned the same way. You will be provided with all safety equipment as required by law. We will also provide you with a launching permit, which must be returned. Launching service available at an additional charge. All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. The renter must be at least 18 years of age and ALL operators must sign a release of liability form. It is your responsibility to know and obey the NM Boating rules and regulations. (We will provide you with the NM boating guide)
